Adivi Sesh

Adivi Sesh (born 17 December 1985) is an Indian actor, director and screenwriter who works in Telugu cinema.

He made his directorial and lead acting debut with the supernatural thriller *Karma* (2010), following a minor appearance in *Sontham* (2002). Adivi Sesh (born 17 December 1985) is an Indian actor, director and screenwriter who works in Telugu cinema.

He made his directorial and lead acting debut with the supernatural thriller *Karma* (2010), following a minor appearance in *Sontham* (2002). He later appeared in supporting and antagonist roles in films including Pawan Kalyan's *Panjaa* (2011), *Balupu* (2013), *Run Raja Run* (2014), *Ladies & Gentlemen* (2015), and S. S. Rajamouli's *Baahubali: The Beginning* (2015), in which he played Bhadrudu. He wrote and starred in the mystery thriller *Kshanam* (2016), receiving the Nandi Award for Best Screenplay Writer and the IIFA Utsavam Award for Best Screenplay.

Sesh subsequently appeared in the spy action thriller *Goodachari* (2018), the courtroom thriller *Evaru* (2019), and Sailesh Kolanu's investigative thriller *HIT: The Second Case* (2022). He wrote and starred in the biographical action drama *Major* (2022), based on the life of Major Sandeep Unnikrishnan. The film was shot in Telugu and Hindi, and Sesh received the SIIMA Critics Award for Best Actor and the Gaddar Telangana Film Award. He made a cameo appearance in *HIT: The Third Case* (2025) and co-wrote and starred in Shaneil Deo's *Dacoit: A Love Story* (2026), opposite Mrunal Thakur.
