In the 1970s, he moved away from the stage and developed a wide-ranging writing activity, which expanded over a number of years to cinema, television and radio. He was the one who masterfully transferred the novel "Loxandra" by Maria Iordanidou to television. "Loxandra" in 1980 on ERT is perhaps the most faithful adaptation of an autobiographical novel. Christos Doxaras, who edited it, kept almost everything from the book, so if someone reads it, it is as if they have also seen the series (and vice versa).
