Additionally, SANADA won the World Tag League in 2017 and 2018 with EVIL and captured the New Japan Cup in 2023.

He has also received recognition from Pro Wrestling Illustrated, being ranked No. 11 in the PWI 500 in 2023, and won the Tokyo Sports Best Bout Award in 2019 for his match against Kazuchika Okada on October 14 at King of Pro-Wrestling.
