In 1991 he had a prominent role in the telenovela Cuando quiero llorar no lloro playing Victorino Moya. In 1992 he acted in the comedy series Vuelo secreto and in the telenovela En cuerpo ajeno. From that moment on his acting career took a strong impulse, appearing in numerous film and television productions in Colombia and other countries.
