With Ehepaar sucht gleichgesinntes (1969), Kasché entered the erotic film genre and subsequently appeared frequently in German and international sex and exploitation films throughout the late 1960s and 1970s. Her work from this period includes titles such as Josefine Mutzenbacher, Lady Frankenstein, and several entries in the Liebesgrüße aus der Lederhose series.
