Schwiers made her feature film debut the following year in Otto Alexander Jahrreiss's comedy *Alles Bob!* By the time she graduated from school, she had already appeared in approximately 20 productions.

Jasmin Schwiers lives in Cologne and is married to actor Jan van Weyde. Their daughter was born in August 2014. Her brother, Rene, is a musician in the Kölsch rock band Kasalla.
