Melhik was a Director of Photography for Strong Hawk: My Sister’s Keeper. Working closely with director Ramasses Head and writer Damon Hart, they made a magnificent action film filled with amazing stunts and heartwarming story about family.

From having an almost all black cast and crew to shooting an empowering story of 3 black sisters, it was a whirlwind of excitement and motivation. Knowing that we are going against traditional hollywood norms and making a very oakland centered film was a breath of fresh air. And most of all, we made a kick ass action movie!”
