Her well-known television appearances include Criminal Minds, iCarly, The Closer, Jessie, American Horror Story (2012 as Jenny Reynolds), American Housewife (2017–2019, as Gina Tuscadero), and Genius (2017, as young Mileva Marić). She had notable film roles in Adventures in Babysitting (2016, Disney Channel Original Movie) as Emily Cooper, The Secret Lives of Dorks (2013), and The Scales: Mermaids Are Real (2017) as Crystal.

Hahn's awards include Young Artist Award: nominated in 2011 and 2012 for guest roles in TV productions.
